What happened with the whale skeleton today?

One flipper happened. The fingers and carpals were added to the ulna and radius (that's the humerus at the bottom). This one is now ready to have cartilage replacement applied.

Math happened. The curve of the backbone was calculated.

Cleaning of the whale cart happened. (Cleanest whale cart EVER!) The whale cart will support the "spine" as the vertebrae are strung and the ribs and flippers are attached.

Rib cleaning happened. Each rib was cleaned and inspected.

Rib repair happened.

ANOTHER GOOD DAY AT THE WHALE BONE MINES!
